You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the app.

4. Professional Listings

We verify professional credentials to the best of our ability, but do not guarantee the quality of care. Professionals are independent practitioners. Booking a session creates an agreement between you and the professional.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, harass other users or professionals, submit false information, or attempt to access other users' data.

6. Content

Articles, condition guides, and educational content are for informational purposes only. While written or reviewed by professionals, they should not replace individualized professional advice.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Booking cancellation policies are set by individual professionals. Check the professional' s cancellation policy before booking a session.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mental Health Africa is not liable for outcomes of professional sessions, self-assessment results, or actions taken based on app content. In case of a mental health emergency, contact your local crisis helpline immediately.
