Are all professionals verified?
Yes. Our team reviews credentials and qualifications before any professional appears on the platform.
Can I book sessions online?
Many professionals offer video and phone sessions. Use the session format filter to find online options.

Is the app free?
The Mental Health Africa app is free to download and use. Consultation fees are set by individual professionals.
How do I create an account?
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play and sign up with your email address.
Can I track my mood?
Yes. The app includes mood check-ins and self-assessments to help you monitor your mental wellness over time.

Is my data safe?
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption. We never sell your personal information.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete your account from the Profile settings. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Are crisis helpline views tracked?
No. We do not log or track which helplines you view or call.

How do I get listed?
Find your profile in our directory and use the "Claim Listing" form, or contact us directly to be added.
How do I update my profile?
Once you claim your listing, you can update your details through the app or by contacting our team.
Is there a fee to be listed?
Basic listings are free. Contact us for information about featured listings.
