Your data is used to provide personalized mental health resources, track your wellness progress, connect you with professionals, and improve our services. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. Mood entries and assessment results are linked to your account and accessible only to you unless you explicitly share them with a professional through a booking.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, export, or delete your data at any time. You can delete your account from the Profile settings, which permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days.
5. Crisis Helpline Data
When you access crisis helpline information, we do not log or track which helplines you view or call. This information is provided freely and anonymously.
6. Third-Party Services
We may use analytics and crash reporting services that collect anonymized usage data. Professional listings are verified by our team, but sessions are conducted independently by the professionals.
