I work independently as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Life Coach and NLP Practitioner. I am a registered Psychometrist with the HPCSA and specialized in Addictions. I am equally a writer and have been working as a psychotherapist for several years with high success rate in conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, Loss of direction, Grief, Marriage counselling, Career counselling, Loss of motivation, Family counselling and Addictions. In addition to that, I provide psychological assessments in the business environment for recruitment, training, development and retention purposes as well as team building activities, trainings and workshops.
I have many years of experience in Management at the telecommunications industry as a Communications Manager, Client Service Manager, Sales and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
